If you are considering psychotherapy, couples counseling, or executive coaching, I invite you to contact me for a complimentary phone consultation. We can discuss your concerns, my approach, fees, and whether working together would be a good fit. I offer in-person psychotherapy and remote psychotherapy throughout Connecticut, including Fairfield and surrounding communities.
